Our condo association had a new keypad installed. As well as the appropriate code, 12 owners needed a key made for the new lock.
B&B was able to do this very efficiently. We also needed a key made to remove old key pads. The company came to our property, created a new key on site. Great service!!

Super nice guy and excellent communication! I accidentally dropped my keys into a toilet at a retail store and was completely locked out. I was able to get ahold of him in less than 45 minutes, and he quickly got me set up with new keys—plus extras. Honestly, probably the best price you’ll find around here. I called a few other places and they wouldn’t even attempt to program a key, but he found a way and got everything figured out. Highly recommend

Excellent service provider. Called for a customer’s vehicle in our parking lot and they were here within 15 minutes and charged $65 for a Chevy Malibu. Awesomeness.

Keys worked well, the location in the store was a little hard to find, no signs saying where it was, I just heard about they had one at menards, the plain keys were pretty cheap and you buy 2 and get 3rd free was nice but if u wanted a design I think it was a little pricey.

Have to give a huge shout out to a friend I’ve known since kindergarten, Tony Rojas! Haven’t spoke to him in multiple decades but he answered my call and within hours had his technician, Juan out to our building and fixed an issue that I couldn’t resolve. It looks better than new!! I bought 7 keys at a Minute Key machine in Iowa Falls, Iowa, (Walmart) on July 4th. Your drop-down menu will not let me put in the correct date (it forces me to select July 3rd). Not a single one of those keys works. The keys are too thick to even get them to start to go into the keyholes.

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews on Facebook before using the machine, as I trusted Walmart and figured they knew this to be a good thing. Now that I am reading the reviews, I am seeing many people complaining of keys not being properly made and not getting their money back.

I am very disappointed. I would like a full refund in a timely manner. I will contact the BBB and Walmart Corporate Office if I do not get a refund.

I plan to update this review no matter the outcome.
