Super nice guy and excellent communication! I accidentally dropped my keys into a toilet at a retail store and was completely locked out. I was able to get ahold of him in less than 45 minutes, and he quickly got me set up with new keys—plus extras. Honestly, probably the best price you’ll find around here. I called a few other places and they wouldn’t even attempt to program a key, but he found a way and got everything figured out. Highly recommend

Our condo association had a new keypad installed. As well as the appropriate code, 12 owners needed a key made for the new lock.
B&B was able to do this very efficiently. We also needed a key made to remove old key pads. The company came to our property, created a new key on site. Great service!!

Wow! Excellent service all around to have a key created for our car. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate – Kevin at Hawkeye Lock was so incredibly kind and helpful when I left town with our car keys – leaving my husband without transportation!
He answered the phone promptly, no waiting for a callback, he understood how important it was to get keys made quickly and dispatched service within 10 minutes –

Had three car key copies made in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service!
Was told by another place that I couldn’t have a copy made that would actually be able to start my car, because they said the key contained a chip.
There was no chip present, and Tri Sate Lock made me three copies in no time and they all start my car with no problems!

Keys worked well, the location in the store was a little hard to find, no signs saying where it was, I just heard about they had one at menards, the plain keys were pretty cheap and you buy 2 and get 3rd free was nice but if u wanted a design I think it was a little pricey.

Absoulutely recommend this locksmith and keys store in Gig Harbor, WA! At Point Fosdick Drive, right off of the highway.
One of the old school skilled craftsmen, or shall I say, craftswomen who is still working away, in business. An elderly lady, I think she’s at least 75!

She cut the physical key part of my car’s new, spare, remote key fob to OEM TOYOTA specs in one shot; in less than 5.mins; it took the last locksmith store in Federal Way, WA, 3 tries for my last car, same make and model, and more than half an hour.

Lady is a top notch craftsperson alright! And she charged me only $5 once all was done! I thought it was beneath her skill level and stature to charge so little, so I doubled it, with a heartfelt thanks and compliments to her skill level. Now, thinking about it I should’ve given her at least $20.
