Jim is super knowledgeable and recognized the problem from 6 feet away before I even put my key in the door! His mobile service makes it so convenient for us – I was able to go on about my day at my home while he sorted out my front door problem. Then, since he was already there, I took a chance to see if he could also sort out the lock on our mailbox – and – NO PROBLEM! He’s our guy from now on!

Returned my voicemail in under half an hour. Diagnosed a bad “ignition immobilizer module” for a non-starting older ford ranger over the phone. We’d spent a week trying pretty much every thing else. Thought I was going to have to tow it to the dealer for a full key reprogram. Replaced the part myself and back on the road that afternoon. Super helpful!
