Ran (pronounced Ron) WOW!! I needed to get multiple things done with locks on the home and Ran was able to handle with ease. I did a quick internet search for a re-image or clone of my 16 year old MINI Cooper’s Engine Control Unit (ECU). When I visited Double Quick Locksmiths’ website, I was immediately impressed by the fact I saw a ECU photos, a discussion specifically about BMW ECU, CAS and keys. From this, I knew I had the right business. I filled out the online form and went about my day, wasn’t expecting a call within the hour. Gabriel was polite, professional and asked specific questions to ensure he understood the issues, my concerns/requirements and how to solve the problem. Gabriel went above and beyond to fix my ECU issues, was able keep my original CAS and key. 100% satisfied and will use this service again and recommend to others.

**Rental car crisis averted**

It’s actually hard to describe how good of a job Powerful Improvements did!

Some small businesses aren’t satisfied with an 80% effort and only want to do 100%. PI Kauai is no different. Wow!

When I eat Domino’s Pizza, sometimes it’s ok. Sometimes it’s great. Sometimes it’s amazing, but there’s like a million Domino’s pizza shops. When I have an amazing pizza, I say it’s made with care.

PI Kauai treated my job with care, and they were not satisfied with less than 100% I had a ton of sunscreen issues, and PI got all the sunscreen off of my car, which made dealing with my rental car company MOUNTAINS easier than all the bureaucracy and phone calls. If I had a Ferrari in Kauai though, I would DEFINITELY be a PI repeat customer.

I also had beach sand all over my car. I said it’d be nice if that was removed but not required. PI went out of the way to find a solution and remove the sand (Like really super went a few extra miles). I was super pleased and the car was good as new after being a mess!

Talk about amazing Hawaii hospitality and amazing service! Thank you very much!!!
