Amazing service from Nick at NGKey Works. Arrived quickly, was super helpful with explaining his process. Went the extra mule to save me money by not having to drill thru my door!!! Great experience from start to finish. The locksmith was responsive, professional, and showed up ready to handle the issue. He was able to replace the lock during the same visit and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. Communication was solid, the quality of work was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. Puma was so wonderful, I can’t even explain how helpful he was. I called AAA and about 2 other locksmiths and none of them could get into my car due to the shape of the lock. He was fast and incredibly professional, he kept trying, and I’m so grateful! Highly recommended!

Vince was amazing. My car broke down in Cordele on my way from FL to Nashville at 7pm on a Sunday night. My vehicles roadside assistance was taking forever to locate someone to tow it to the local dealership. I called Vince and he was there in the matter of 45 minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and taken care of. Great guy, great customer service, and thankful he was there.

David totally overpriced me for a 5 minute job. I paid $195 for him to pump air into my car door. Nothing more than that with touching any locks or keys with my keys on the driver’s seat. I think he drove 20 minutes to tet here. He even asked me for $250 at first. I just felt a little pressured as it was my first time dealing with it and I think other customers should be careful and not get overcharged like I did.
