I locked myself out my house and called this company. They told me the starting price would be $90 depending on how difficult the locks would be. It was a basic bottom lock. The guy came and it took him 5 min to open and charged me $160. When I asked why he said because it wasn’t cracked and he had to use whatever to get it open like if that’s not the point of the job. I knew I was being overcharged but it raining and I had to get inside. That was definitely a $70 job smh

Micheal Carter lll was my locksmith he is TERRIBLE!! DO NOT REQUEST HIM!! HE IS A SCAM!! We agreed on a keyfob with buttons and when he was providing the service he decided to charge me extra for not having the door unlocked extra 50, he then got done with the key but said the keyfob lock buttons would not work on my car and proceeded to charge me 210 when we agreed on 170 and i asked to lower the price because why are you charging me 210 for a key that doesn’t even work?!?! I asked for a remake without the buttons since apparently my car doesn’t have the program for that and he said it would be extra. Why are you charging me extra for a regular key that is for my car instead of a key that doesn’t even work with my car. He is a terrible person to work with he will scam you and provide a quote of the cost then later charge you more.

Conveniently located in Kroger grocery. I was able to find the kiosk, follow the simple prompts, complete all in about 5 mins. I have since used the copy key multiple times and it works perfectly. The kiosk copy is a precision cut copy and I appreciate that. Will use again. Affordable. Simple.

This review is for vehicle locksmith service: When I called, the phone was answered quickly and the technician arrived within the eta. He was able to unlock my car within a few minutes and gave me a coupon if i ever need their service again. Only reason I deducted a star is because their price is higher than competitors.
