Micheal Carter lll was my locksmith he is TERRIBLE!! DO NOT REQUEST HIM!! HE IS A SCAM!! We agreed on a keyfob with buttons and when he was providing the service he decided to charge me extra for not having the door unlocked extra 50, he then got done with the key but said the keyfob lock buttons would not work on my car and proceeded to charge me 210 when we agreed on 170 and i asked to lower the price because why are you charging me 210 for a key that doesn’t even work?!?! I asked for a remake without the buttons since apparently my car doesn’t have the program for that and he said it would be extra. Why are you charging me extra for a regular key that is for my car instead of a key that doesn’t even work with my car. He is a terrible person to work with he will scam you and provide a quote of the cost then later charge you more.

Locked my keys in my car like an idiot and called these guys out for assistance. Clear communication, quick response time, and a professional job. My only complaint would be the steep price tag, but considering I get to drive my car now, game is game. Would definitely recommend if you’re in a pinch.

Amazing service from start to finish! Mr. Adir showed up within 10 minutes on a cold night and helped me get into my vehicle quickly and professionally. He even fixed the door afterward so it looked brand new — that extra care really meant a lot. He’s warm, patient, and truly thoughtful. Hadi and the team are absolutely brilliant! I had an issue with some of my security systems and locks than no one was able to understand. Hadi came and fixed it in just a few hours. David totally overpriced me for a 5 minute job. I paid $195 for him to pump air into my car door. Nothing more than that with touching any locks or keys with my keys on the driver’s seat. I think he drove 20 minutes to tet here. He even asked me for $250 at first. I just felt a little pressured as it was my first time dealing with it and I think other customers should be careful and not get overcharged like I did.

Brian Shim came out to replace my dads car key and open the car. He wanted to charge us more than the usual. He had gotten service with locksmith 24/7 in Norcross all the time and this was far most the worst experience ever! Besides sir Brian being so rude and doing the job in a badly manner. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of ADC Mobile Locksmith. Even though he came to my workplace and I was wearing my company name badge, he still took the time to verify that the vehicle actually belonged to me before providing service.
That level of diligence and integrity gave me confidence that he takes security seriously and protects his customers.
