He came out when a hurricane was starting to brew in order to unlock my house for me. He never once hesitated and headed my way immediately. Eventually I got in before he got here but he was super sweet about not having to come!! I will call on him again if I need help!!

This guy was great! His name was chip he is the new owner of this company. He was time efficient and was well mannered as well as very polite. Talked me through my options. Highlights are professional, well spoken, reliable, reasonably priced for my commercial lock idk about residential or car prices. He was very funny and I was comfortable with the whole experience. I even got a couple free key chains which we had a good laugh about. Call this guy, I am sure you will have the same great experience!

Amazing service from Nick at NGKey Works. Arrived quickly, was super helpful with explaining his process. Went the extra mule to save me money by not having to drill thru my door!!! Glass door shattered at my business at 5pm on a Sunday. Knew I needed to get it covered up so I could secure my business for the night. I called Georgia Lock and Door and they answered immediately and within 25 minutes, Anthony arrived. Anthony cleaned up the million pieces of glass and measured and cut plywood so that it fit perfectly within the door frame. He was neat, organized, and incredibly friendly. Georgia Lock and Door made the whole situation 100x better and less than 3 hours after it happened, my store was secure. I can’t possibly recommend them any more, 10/10 service and satisfaction. It was an easy process but when the key dropped I heard it drop but it did not come down into the tray. I reached my hand up in the machine and didn’t feel it. I got a Walmart member to come and they stuck their hand up further and got the key out. So someone needs to fix the machine so the keys slide down into the tray. Other than that it was a easy process. Key works seamlessly.

Lost my car keys and called them the next morning. They came out the same day right on schedule and had a new key programmed in no time. Jeff was very nice and knows his stuff!
