Called needing help for my daughter’s car who is attending college. I’m out of state and couldn’t look at it. James was extremely helpful setting up the appointment, was on time and followed through with what we discussed. Turns out the issue was not related to the key. He was extremely honest shared the codes with me and even gave me a recommendation on a reputable shop in town. I expected some type of charge for his time or the trip at least. To my surprise he wasn’t trying to charge me anything. You don’t find good people like him often anymore. If you are in need of a honest locksmith in the Swainsboro area I would highly recommend giving James at Lock City a call.

Please just go to a dealership. You may actually save money that way. The locksmith refused to quote me on keys for my car before service then charged $425 for two new keys. Insane pricing. Lucky I didn’t refuse those keys right there.

This was the first time I’ve had to have a key made in over 10 years! Quite naturally I took my key to Walmart as I had done in the past and walked to the back of the store searching for the Tools area. After a couple of questions asked and answered I was directed to a key making kiosk. The steps were clear and concise and I had my keys made in a manner of minutes!
Additionally, I received a free key for the price of two!
