[I wanted to go back and update this review. Since they responded below, I was able to get in touch with the business, and I was able to get the key fobs that I needed quickly and at an excellent price. The employees were all friendly and professional. The keys came in quickly and the programming was speedy. I think the communication problem I experienced was due to some company growing pains, but I’m glad that I was able to reach them and complete the deal.]

I was a big fan of this business, but I’m not sure they are still in business. I used them for a vehicle lockout and numerous key fobs, including referring members of our extended family and friends. Service was great, employees were friendly, and prices were fantastic.

The problem is that they suddenly went dark. Over the past few weeks, I’ve tried to call them numerous times. I get no answer and no returned calls. I’ve stopped by the office a few times (which is not always manned)hoping to catch someone there, but it’s always locked up an no one and no vehicles there.

If this results in a contact from the company, I’ll update the review.

I had a spare key fob made. Called a contending locksmith in the area.. They came out lacked customer service skills and then couldn’t get the job done. I called 911 Lock and key, they came out made an upgraded key without extra charge and included an extra battery. Took the time to explain about the chip inside that gets lost easily when replacing the battery. Asked me what contending company quoted me, then proceeded to charge me $50 less. 20 minutes from arrival to departure, if that. Kind, customer service oriented. Locally owned, and you can tell by the customer service… However the price was exceptional as well as the service. 12 out 10 recommended. Don’t call anyone else.

They have a physical location with hours posted on them, but the doors were locked. The person on the phone was very helpful, the tech not so much. They didn’t bring their reading glasses and asked me to fillout their form. When I responded credit they asked for Cash app instead to which I said credit card. Their attire and the car we’re not marked for the business leaving a very unprofessional image for the company and if I would have sent my wife on this errand, it wouldn’t have been completed. However, if I wasn’t already in a bind for the work requested I would have left. Fortunately the tech used a CNC type of machine to cut the keys and they worked with no issues.

Truly great experience and customer service. They took the time to help me over the phone and explained how to get my lock off my front door so I could bring it to them to have it re-keyed. The price was more than fair, and was even more affordable than other places if I had needed them to come to me. 100% would recommend

This guy was great! His name was chip he is the new owner of this company. He was time efficient and was well mannered as well as very polite. Talked me through my options. Highlights are professional, well spoken, reliable, reasonably priced for my commercial lock idk about residential or car prices. He was very funny and I was comfortable with the whole experience. I even got a couple free key chains which we had a good laugh about. Call this guy, I am sure you will have the same great experience!

The key fit the door well as expected. Now, what I had to do to get the key 🗝️ .let’s just say it was more trouble than it was worth. Then to add insult to injury , y’all gonna charge $6.00 for one itty bitty key. SMH.
