Guys came in later in the day. Very friendly. Spent more time observing home and wondering why the home had so many locks from previous owners. They were not knowledgeable of everything needed to be done. I watched over them and corrected them a couple times from putting locks on wrong. My garage door lock is on backwards. All of my locks have to be repeatedly tightened at this point. My storm door was not relocked by them. They realized after taking old one apart that the new one I bought would not work. They lost screws to the old one because they did not manage their time. It got dark and they were not equipped to handle job. I had to pay another person to come out that was very knowledgeable of work to be done. He tightened the locks and did work on both storm doors. They spent more time cracking jokes and being nosy. Reached out thru Angis list and no response.

Key worked well with one lock but was extremely hard to turn in other lock. The key it was printed from works smoothly so I’m not sure why that one lock is a problem.

Saved Me Time, Stress, and Hundreds of Dollars! Rotem is Amazing! I cannot recommend Rotem at QuickPro Locksmith highly enough! I needed a replacement Smart Key Fob, and the car dealership was going to charge me close to $1,000. On top of that, they wanted me to wait several days, which would have caused me to lose valuable time and productivity. When I called QuickPro Locksmith, they set me up to work with Rotem and Rotem was immediately responsive. Instead of making me wait days or weeks, he offered same-day service. He gave me an incredibly clear and accurate estimate on both the cost and the timing right from the start. Since I already had one working key fob for him to copy, he explained exactly how the process would work. Rotem’s communication was perfect. As our appointment time got closer, he provided real-time updates and let me know the exact moment he arrived at our meetup location. He was even willing to travel further if I needed him to.

I requested 2 copies of the first key and the 3rd (free key) was never cut of a different key. I tried using the Customer Service/Help number unsuccessfully.. I did insert the other key needed. I received 3 of the same key.

My ignition failed and my key would not work, my car was stuck in the parking lot of a local supermarket, I called around for a tow when I was given information for mobile locksmiths – several responded, I chose Al of A Plus Beltway Locksmith because of our initial interaction through text – he responded immediately we talked on the phone for a few minutes, his confidence and knowledge in addressing my situation made him the easy choice, after we scheduled a time to meet at my vehicle Al updated me the entire time.
