Service was good but pricey. For programming of one Fob is same cost as the dealership. Cost $360.00 for one fob! Communication is lacking, was supposed to get a call of appointment time but didn’t. Called to follow up and was told appointment was between 10 and 1030. Went to meet the technician. After not showing after 30 minutes called and he said his current job was running over and would be another two hours before he gets to me. I understand jobs run over but a call to the paying customer should have been made. Had to leave and come back. The location of the vehicle was 30 minutes from my home so a good bit of time was wasted, which could have been avoided with proper communication.

I was locked out of my house and called them because they were close to my home. The locksmith took a bit to arrive because of an address mix-up, but once he got here he opened our door very quickly and without damaging anything.
