Fantastic local business. Had key fob replaced in 20 minutes for hundreds less than the dealership quoted. They genuinely care about customers and have a excellent level and attitude of going the extra mile and getting things done right. Totally recommend!

In today’s world of business it’s hard to find a company that offers great work with exceptional customer service. I was looking for a Locksmith to reset a old combination safe. I went to two different Locksmiths only to have them look at like I have a second head growing out of me. I was just about gave up when I found Keys and Breeze Locksmith. I talked with Nick and he said ” come on over “. Nick was very friendly and professional. Nick asked me to leave the safe door and within a couple of hours he had it done. Pricing was more than fair for the service he provided. If your looking for Auto Keys, home or business and Air conditioning units this is the place. Thank you Nick.

I had a great experience with this locksmith. Diane cut a motorcycle key for me, and I was in and out in just 5 minutes. The key worked perfectly on the first try, and the pricing was excellent. Fast, reliable, and affordable service. Highly recommended!!!

We changed some of our locks and finally got around to making some duplicates. They worked just fine. It’s good. I did go a second time to make duplicate keys of our garage door lock after we changed that with an old lock that was exactly the same that I found on ebay that was new old stock. Well, Minute Key told me it could not duplicate that one. It was a key that was smaller than a normal key and from a lock that was approximately 35 years old, so I really can’t blame them for that. I will try at other places and see whether anybody can duplicate it. It is an odd key.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I initially called, asked for a quote, was told $125, so I said never mind, they hung up. They then called me back, asking if I’m on a budget, which I simply stated that their price was too high, I was then told “you’re not going to find anything lower, it’s a 2022 vehicle” while in a condescending tone. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

To respond to the company’s response: Good thing I got in contact with another locksmith company who quoted me $65 and was kind in person and over the phone, maybe your day wouldn’t have been “ruined” if you treated your customers better.

This company is excellent. I called them, and within an hour, they were at my house fixing my lock. Highly recommended!

It was confusing to buy a key. It felt that they were playing a mental game with all the “discount” offers.
Also, they charge you .50 cents for cleaning the key when that should be included.
It wasn’t a fun experience.
