I brought in two Lectric XP Lite e-bikes after losing the keys, and Ed was awesome. There weren’t any easy identifying marks on the locks, so it wasn’t as simple as just ordering replacement keys. He took the time to figure out the best way to handle it, worked his magic, and had both bikes done just a few hours later. Each bike now has two brand-new keys that work perfectly.

Super nice people, great service, and the price was more than fair. Highly recommend West End Safe & Lock.

Work was above average and somewhat as promised. The finish and style wasn’t an exact match but it was a hastily planned improvement on our end. The chrome finish is what was requested and the brushed is what we got. As stated before it was an adequate job, nothing over the top.

Corey was upfront about my options and their services. He checked in with me multiple times and they were even able to come out sooner than expected. Rob was our technician, and he was quick and respectful. He replaced all the locks on our house and was able to give me a few extra keys that we hadn’t originally discussed. Great experience!
