I first needed About Town Locksmith because I had locked myself out. Then today I wanted to change the handle lock on my door because the old one was looking very rusty. I knew they could re-key the lock to match the deadbolt key. However, the one that I bought couldn’t be re-keyed. So they offered to sell me a new lock and include the re-keying to match the deadbolt for free. That was a deal. It took less than five minutes for me to take off the old and put on the new myself. Very fast response and was able to come to my location in less than 30 mins. Very friendly when they arrived and took two seconds to pick my lock (they advised me as well which was very nice -that I should invest in a better lock). Zach from 911 Lock and Key made a new key FOB for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I saw lots of great reviews online so decided to give the company a try. Seems like the reviews were correct…. Great service/work, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He is the one who answered the phone when I called. We made an appointment for him to come to my home…he showed up 5 minutes early. Took less than 30 minutes to program the new FOB and cut the backup key. The buttons all work, and he told me if anything stops working to call him and he will come back to make it right. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
