I really enjoyed the experience until I arrived home. The key that was made did not work in the locking mechanism so I was a little disappointed. I understand this happens from time to time so its no big deal. But if they don’t make it right then it will be a different conversation.

No kidding, y’all! This really happened! The key lanyard to our RV, which is usually worn around my neck, was left on the front seat when we walked outside to setup our University of Florida Tailgate RV Site for the Gator Game; Our dog, who was inside the RV, jumped up on the seat and sat on the fob- LOCKING us out of our RV!!!! Never fear! Marcus, with Mobile Locksmith, John Blackburn & Son, answered our call for help! Marcus was friendly and professional upon calling their number, took all our information to locate us, said he’d be to us in 30 minutes, showed-up within 16 minutes, greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and had us unlocked in 30 seconds (no kidding!)! He thought he had seen it all, but “dog-locked-us-out-by-sitting-on-the-fob” was new to him, too! I’m very pleased with my new key for my 2012 Fiat 500. I thought it was nearly impossible but they had keys in stock and did it fast. Very responsive to emails, etc. Great company to deal with. Way better than the dealerships.
