We took our personal safe to this locksmith after losing the key, and they were fantastic! They opened it quickly without any damage, and the price was very affordable. Great service. Tech showed up where I was shortly after I called. He was pleasant and after a few questions got right to work. It was late in the day and there was an issue with the frequency of the FOB’s he needed to go to the shop to fix. He showed up promptly the next morning and I had my 2 working keys and FOB’s in no time. Would recommend, and I’d use their service again.

What I was actually charged and what the machine said the charge was did not match. I paid more. Plus, I understand inflation but the cost of the key for you is less than $1 and you’re charging almost $10. That’s excessive!! Rip off!

I called to have a dead bolt replaced, as it was giving me a lot of trouble, locking and unlocking. I called FV and Fred was at my residence within about 30 minutes. He worked on it for about 15 minutes, and now it is smooth as silk. I think it actually works better than when it was new. And it saved me the cost of buying a new one. I would definately recommend.
