Absolutely amazing service! I called Discount Locksmith of Fort Myers to make a new key for my 2010 Ford Edge, and they went above and beyond my expectations.

I just had the worst experience ever. I was trying to get my back locked door replaced. The technicians name was Nick. He quoted me $600 at first. I told him that was way too high. He didn’t went down the 300. I told him now I appreciate it, but I’m gonna go with somebody else. He asked me. How much are you willing to pay? I told him the other place for me 150 for both the deadbolt and the other lock, so we said he would match it I gave him the I purchased so he didn’t need to put on his own. He told me if I wanted to bottom it was cost $150. He’s charging me Home Depot and low charges. I told him I went and call Lowes and Home Depot and the top quote was $50. He then told me no ma’am I’ll take you to Home Depot and show you myself. It’s not fifth it’s 150
After I took him an hour to get my door open, he refused to put the deadbolt on unless I paid him another $150 at that point he was kind of getting a little bit aggressive so I just paid him the 150 I asked him to pay my credit card. He told me it would cost me 190 if I wanted to pay on my credit card I told her I’m not giving him the 190. He told me I had to give the 150 now, I was intimidated so i paid 150. I told him that I will be contacting them. He said don’t bother. He left my house for the deadbolt, shredded, and my door knob broken he made me fill out the form and told me the sign, but I refuse to sign and then he got angry at me So now I’m left the broken door

These guys were able to come out and make a car key for me when I was on a tight schedule. From the time I called, it only took them about 30 minutes to get out to my house and another 30 minutes to make my key. Once I found my old key, I was able to bring it back and get that reprogrammed for free as well. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use Avi G again and recommend them to anyone!

I would highly recommend Koons Locksmith for any services you may need. I had two vehicles that were part of my Uncle’s estate. The keys were lost so I needed HELP in a quick and efficient way because I flew to Florida to specifically get these cars sold. From start to finish they were efficient, professional and went above and beyond to help me get done what I needed in a short time frame. Klein was professional and thorough in my initial inquiry of what I needed to do. Then the service technician, Winston, was more than helpful and went above and beyond (spent an hour and a half) trying his hardest to get the key fob for the ’22 Ford Edge to work so that I could drive it to the dealership. Unfortunately we were not successful with the Ford but he did allow me to buy the key fob so the dealership I eventually dealt with was able just to program the fob once we got the battery replaced.

On Thursday night I called for a locksmith to create me a key fob that I lost. First the technician tried programming the key fob and the car did not wanna crank at all the tech said it could be an electrical issues. I had a mechanic check out my electrical and my electrical was functioning correctly. I hired another company to come do the same job and that company got my car to crank on within 5 mins. MIND YOU I had paid $400 for this company to program a key fob that didn’t work and still charge me!! Customer service said they’ll reimburse me for $79…… that’s ridiculous! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCKSMITH SERVICE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WHEN IT COME TO A REFUND!!

I have used Rene and Southwest Car Unlock multiple times over the years for various house key and car key related issues. This last time I lost my keys at close to midnight and Rene made himself available so I could make sure my car was home and safe. I called Lee Lock, on Metro Street and they told me $30 for exact same job! I strongly recommend Lee Lock , Unless you want to pay triple. Very friendly service, very prompt repair. My mechanic was not able to program my chip key to my SUV, so he suggested I go to Gerald’s and within 15 minutes of arriving my new key was programmed and I was happy. It does cost $50 for the service but they are the ones who can do it .😇

Ability gracious of this local SW company. They came to my rescue within 40 minutes on a Sunday. It as raining, and I accidentally left my key in the car last night. The rep was professional, he was quick and he charged me what he told me over the phone. I recommend this business 100%. KeyMe directed me to Budget Locksmith because a friend locked her keys in the car. When the tech called me back, I asked how much. He said $120 for pop lock. He was prompt and it look 1 minute to unlock car. But bill was $220, but if I give him a 5 star rating, he will knock off one of the other two fees, which still came to $170. There is a service fee and labor fee on top of popping the lock. We were shocked. I asked how much, I didn’t ask how much for popping the lock. This is bait and switch. They are trained not to tell the total price because he said most people will just hang up. This isn’t just him, its the company he works for. He mentioned that you have to be very specific when asking for pricing. I normally wouldn’t give a 1 star, but $220 for 1 minute. I understand the 15 minute drive time and convenience, but to not tell me all the pricing upfront knowing it is too expensive, you deserve 1 star. Do better!!
