If I could put zero star is what I would select.
I bought a new alarm key for $180 a month ago from Yoel. The alarm open up when I was starting the car. I noticed the inside looked very old and I called him and told him. I am stranded on the road. And I called this man to tell him the situation…and he flat out told me it is not an old key and there is nothing that he can do and that I am not to call him back. I will not call this unprofessional man again. I will just stand the lost of $180…and get my key done the right way. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else. Be careful of this guy YOEL from this company

Yoel, I don’t have time to deal with unprofessional people who claim to be operating a business and have no clue. Yes..I did say to you please don’t let me call the police because you’re unfair and you told me that they could talk to your lawyer. I went to a different locksmith and I play the conversation between you and I and he was disgusted by your behavior. You probably know him Manny…stated is people like you give their company bad name. You are a terrible person. And again, people beware of this man. I have no reason to lie but he do..I already moved on to another locksmith who came and gave me a new key. I also got my warranty and I am happy with the service. You told me not to call you back and I sure didn’t. Useless..

I’m glad i called these guys. I needed a new key and they offered me a much better price than the other 3 places i called. They didn’t take long to get to me and once they did, they got my car open and made the new key in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly as well, which is always a plus. Highly recommended.

Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think about First Key Mobile I mean this company is absolutely unbelievable. The owner literally went against his own company policy to follow his promise to us. He told me a price over the phone for a basic key fob product.. but because he did not have it as he thought he did he delivered something even better than his promise. Instead of just telling us good luck and to call someone else he upgraded the product and gave us an upgraded key fob with remote access opening controls and the whole 9. This company is now going to be our go-to guys for all things keys! God bless you Johnny! You’re an absolute life saver!

ER Locksmith came through so quickly to help me get into my RV at almost 10pm on a Sunday night when my only other option would’ve been to sleep in my car. Eitan showed up in less than 20 minutes and cut the padlocks off my toy-hauler in just a couple of minutes. I can’t thank you enough, you made a really bad day end up ok.
