There are no words on how incredible the costumer service is with Renan and Daiane. I went to get a new key/alarm for my Honda Fit. Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think about First Key Mobile I mean this company is absolutely unbelievable. The owner literally went against his own company policy to follow his promise to us. He told me a price over the phone for a basic key fob product.. but because he did not have it as he thought he did he delivered something even better than his promise. Instead of just telling us good luck and to call someone else he upgraded the product and gave us an upgraded key fob with remote access opening controls and the whole 9. Dade Lock & Key installed a safe for me today at my new construction home. The quality of the job they did was outstanding, both in terms of the actual installation, and the great deal of effort they took to protect the safe, and other parts of the house. They went to great lengths to make sure that there would be no scratches on the safe’s finish. They protected the stairs, and walls and surrounding areas. They moved slowly and methodically to make sure everything was smooth and controlled. Once the safe was in the installation location, they met my request for how the safe was bolted down and accommodated a request for both lag screws into wooden blocking, and a tapcon into the concrete slab. It’s rare to find technicians that treat the house like it’s their own, and don’t just speed through a project. I would definitely hire them again for all my locksmith needs.

The keys have to be wiggled to work, and one was so brittle that it bent because the lock was tight.

It was a quickish experience overall, my main issue was the lack of options for immediate keys, why would i want to ship a key what sense does that make. In a crunch this is great but for my situation, i went with the intention of a cooler key than the regular brass but was out of luck. Another thing to mention is that keys cut at the KeyMe kiosks cannot be duplicated anywhere else but another of the same kiosk. That was also a major inconvenience.

Liberty locksmith was recommended to me to program a key fob for my car. I arrived at the shop and 3 men were working on a car out front. I went into the shop and their customer alert sound went off. There wasn’t anyone at the counter so I called out “Hello”. No one. I went to the counter and looked into the back. I called out “Hello”. Nothing. I waited a little longer but no one showed. I gave up and got back in my car and I called. The man who answered sounded like maybe he was having a bad day so I decided I maybe this is not a good day to have anyone here do any work. I looked up another locksmith, right there in the parking lot in front of the shop and found a GREAT one. I don’t know what the problem was here but I know I won’t be back and the person who recommended this place is going to hear about what happened.
