Dash was absolutely phenomenal. I traveled to multiple locations to get my key fob fixed and the battery changed. All they did was damage it more and then said they couldn’t help me. Dash not only was able to fix my key fob but he also changed my battery. He was very kind, informative, and very competitive with pricing. If I ever need a locksmith in the future I will definitely contact him again!! A++ service!!!

I was quoted 180 for 2 keys and a fob, the guy comes, did not have a remote, and the keys were not chipped, so it was a straight cut they did have get the key info to cut it, they then charged me a 75 dollar programming fee for non chipped keys???? I called the company back, was told I was misquoted the first orice.. So 1 sent almost 300.00 on 2 cut regular keys with no remote..

Extremely rude, very unprofessional tech and service dispatch representative. I called to ask for pricing he could not provide me an estimate he instead dispatched tech and said they would give me a price after the service. Called another locksmith which provided me with great service and quoted me an estimate beforehand. Cancelled the service when the tech called me who didn’t state his name or service provider and the tech had the audacity to aggressively say I wasted his time. I immediately ended the call and then received a call back from dispatch
And he said “ DO YOU MIND PAYING MY TECH $20 FOR WASTING HIS TIME” 💀💀💀

Keys worked well but it was a timely process because the kios did not tell u when they were out of a blank key chosen. It went through the entire process then did not drop a key. Refund was automatic which was great…but should have an immediate function to guide u to a blank that was available prior to running through the 10 minute process
