Such a great experience. I snapped my key in my gas tank on my 2013 Suzuki Hayabusa. I called almost 20 different locksmiths and a soon as they found out it was a motorcycle everyone turned me down. Stuck at a gas station for hours I called Kees and he said no problem I’ll be there. Made me multiple keys and charged me a fraction of what every other locksmith was going to charge before declining on me due to it being a motorcycle. Not to mention he was a super cool guy and just wanted to help. I would recommend him 100% if you want good work, honest business by himself and good pricing. I’m in customer service myself and would give him a 10 or of 10 Google review which I’m doing as we speak.

Pros and cons are what you are taught when trying to evaluate something. From my experience with this company there are no pros, only cons.
Be warned, I had to file a small claims suit against them. Two cars, two towing charges, two cars I was stranded with.
Nothing but cons with this company, not one pro I can list.

I was out doing last minute Christmas shopping this evening and my car wouldn’t start. I contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance and was assigned to Pop-A-Lock. Austin came out within 30 minutes of my request. He was very professional and the process itself was very quick. He was also knowledgeable and answered my questions. Austin jump started my car and I was able to get back on my way within minutes. Thank you Austin for your service. Would recommend this company to others.

I called these locksmiths and had them come out to repair a door lock. The tech came out and said would call back with estimate. Three weeks later and follow up calls to them no estimate nor additional information. Finally was told they could not fix a European lock. It is an American lock brand. I asked why no one called and told me. They lied and said they left message. Totally pitiful service especially fir a locksmith security business. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. KO

Amazing quality locksmith service, will definitely return here for custom key replacement!

Unfortunately the keys to my japanese car (without transponder) snapped in half last night, leaving me with only one broken key, no spares, and a locked car I couldn’t get into anymore.

We visited Armstrong today with the broken car key and Kevin Justice was quick to assist us in a very fast, professional manner — He was able to effectively reconstruct the worn patterns of our snapped-in-half car key well enough to make an accurate duplicate key, of which we were able to bring home and test on the locked car free of charge simply with the trust that we would return.

This was very useful as multiple tests with the car were needed given the first replica key only unlocked the drivers’ side door, but not any other doors nor the car’s ignition keyhole.

Understandably this is to be expected as reconstructing a snapped key that also had its notches worn over time from constant use is no easy task especially with guesswork involved, so we revisited the store leaving the keyless car at home while only bringing back the snapped key, the first duplicate key, and our feedback from trying the key

Somehow, with just our feedback from our first failed attempt trying to start the car with the new key, Kevin was able to further modify the new car keys to match the original snapped keys more closely based on our feedback of not being able to turn the key in the ignition (although the key did work on only the drivers’ side door), and allowed us to once again head back & try the revised key still free of any charges.

Most impressively, with only a snapped, worn car key and our feedback from trying & failing to use the first replica key, Kevin had made a working replica key that both opened the drivers’ door and started the car with the ignition hole now accepting the new key! While the trunk and passenger side door still don’t work with this key, this still got our car accessible and fully running within less than 24 hours since the original key broke.

When we returned to the store with the car we just repaired the key for, we were even more impressed to find that for all of this work, we were only charged for the second attempt at a replica key (since the first was unable to start the car, only open its door), and a second copy of that particular key. That left our payment at under $11 for everything!

Not to mention, Kevin also ensured that we had more options in the future if we wanted to make a better key that not only worked on the ignition & drivers’ side door, but also every other door as well. While he did mention it would be more expensive, we were informed that should we dismantle & bring one of the door keyholes back to the shop, they would be able to more accurately reconstruct the key so that it works on every other door as well as the ignition/drivers door.

Knowing that not only did we get an amazing deal on such a custom key replacement, but also that we can still improve this key later on to fully restore the car with some extra labor & money, has been very reassuring. We now know that while we currently have a cheap, functional set of car keys for the meantime to get our car working again today — we could still fully restore the car keys to work on all doors & the ignition tomorrow.

Given the amazing trust, value-for-money, professionalism, and custom services provided by both Kevin and Armstrong Products as a whole, I will certainly revisit here first if I end up needing any other key repairs/replacements. Outstanding location!

While eating at a PizzaHut on 441 in Belleview Florida on May 29th, 2025 your company (Al-len Lock Co) was cutting through concrete to put in a door, and was not able to keep the area covered with plastic ruining our dinning experience. Our clothes, food, drinks, and the entire buffet was compromised and contaminated with the insulation and concrete dust that your people could not keep contained not to mention the extreme noise. The unprofessionalism of your team needs to be addressed when working in this type of environment. I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone.

The open hours aren’t long, but the cost savings is worth the trip. I got my car remote key fixed for less than half of what a dealership would charge. The gentleman who performed the service was able to put new electronics in the non-working remote key and program it to my car in less than 8 minutes. He gives you a $10 discount for paying cash. We’ve used this shop before as well. Check it out!

I stopped by on a Saturday to get two keys for my car. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very very quick! For a key with a chip without a key fob, I paid $75 each. I feel that was a fair price. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER – THEY CAUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGES TO MY SONS VEHICLE AND REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILY FOR THEIR COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE!!!!!!!!!

My son stopped for lunch at McDonald’s and locked his vehicle, as he planned to eat inside and had cash in the truck intended for a Facebook Marketplace purchase. After his meal, he was unable to unlock the vehicle and contacted a locksmith service for assistance.

He called Advance Auto Locksmith, and two separate individuals arrived to help. Over the course of several hours, they used various tools in an attempt to gain access to the vehicle but were unsuccessful. Despite their prolonged efforts, they failed to unlock the truck.

Throughout the process, my son made it clear to both locksmiths that this truck is very important to him. It’s his first vehicle, and he spent a significant amount of money to have it completely repainted. He repeatedly asked them to be extremely careful. At one point, he even gave them the shirt off his back in an effort to protect the paint, as they were not using any protective materials.

We reside in West Palm Beach, FL, and when my son finally made it home, my husband and I were shocked at the extent of the damage done to the vehicle—especially considering they never even managed to unlock it.

I immediately documented the damage with photos and videos. The next morning (following a holiday), I contacted the company and spoke with someone named Rich, who identified himself as the owner or supervisor. Over the next week, we went back and forth on the phone. Rich repeatedly told me he needed to “discuss it with his partner,” but ultimately informed me that they are refusing to take responsibility or cover any of the damage caused by their employees.

My son is now completely heartbroken as this truck is his “baby” and he spent over a year to save up money to get his truck painted. This company is a complete joke, extremely unprofessional. They should have taken care of the damages they caused to the vehicle…. now they will have to face the consequences that they deserve.
