He was unable to fix the lock, but got it open which was fine. But wow, what an awful experience dealing with the technician. Took 7 phone calls to get him to our actual location despite giving him the address via phone and text. Then another 7 phone calls after because he couldn’t figure out how to send an invoice. At this point, I’d pay double to just be left alone.
