Wife and daughter went to get a key fob we purchased online programmed for our vehicle. Technician tried twice, but said it was a junk key and it wouldn’t work. Still charged us about $100 for the attempt. Went to another place the next day and they had it done in a few minutes. Had better experiences in the past here but I will not be going back.

I’m only giving this man one star because I couldn’t leave a zero star. This man is a total rip-off! in January my elderly mother called him to change three locks for $275, there was a problem with the garage door lock today and he had to come back out to fix it ,come to find out he did not give her new locks, he only changed the internal cylinders and charged her an extra $95, which $95x 3 comes up to $275, which she paid him the first time, so that means he overcharged her the first time, if he only changed the cylinders. if you’re going to use this man to change your locks make sure you see the new locks he’s putting in , or he will rip you off. Warning everybody too be very, very careful with this man.

Quick and easy, 5 stars… Although I thought it was a good idea of getting a digital key made, so I could just have a code to make more keys, I gave up my email. Now I am getting emails to create an account to get my digital key. I like the fact I can make an anonymous key, but now they want me to attach it to an account with my address? Not what I wanted, lost of stars and convenience.

I called at 3pm on a Saturday to have a car key made. A young man came to my house by 4 and made a valet key. Sorry I don’t remember his name. Before he left, I started the car and there was a loud vibration noise in the engine. He looked and said a motor mount was loose. He tightened it for me and showed me be two areas of concern. I felt safer going from Satellite Beach to Valkaria that evening. The price of the key was less than the dealer and the service is great.

This is a great locally owned shop with excellent service. I needed some expertise to install an new door lock and make sure it fit properly since the old lock sometimes stuck in the door jamb. When I explained my situation over the phone they offered to just fix the jamb, and said I probably didn’t even need a new lock. What other company would do that? Offer to do fewer services instead of upsell you? I did still want my new smart lock installed, so we scheduled an install. The technician quickly replaced the lock and spent at least 10 minutes working on the door jamb to make sure the deadbolt fit the jamb properly. I am so grateful for the service from this locksmith. I will use their services again and recommend them to everyone.

Jeremy…i swear that man is the “Dr House” of car key diagnostic!
i came in needing my Lexus LS400 key cut and reprogramed, and for whatever reason that year of my car had some….tough safeguards that make it hard to reprogram, long story short, he figured out a way to not only cut it, but reprogram it and ended up saving me at least 400$!!!
I was told by the dealership that the immobilizer/ID code box needs to be reset or reflashed!!! So that’s what he figured out how to do it, without that!!
Thank you and 100% recommend them to everyone and will do all my key business with them!
