I couldn’t recommend John highly enough! From start to finish he provided amazing customer service. He called ahead to tell me he was on his way, and was very punctual and had great customer service! Every other company I called had to order the parts while John was prepared and had everything on-hand. Before I even finished writing the check my key was fixed. He was very efficient and reliable. I needed a key made and I remembered Walmart used to make keys so I went there to get it. I didn’t know they changed to this system. I only needed a single key but they the process, for some reason I ordered two. It looked like it kicked me out and I was starting over and then I realized that I ordered two when it said making 1 of 2. I somehow paid over $7 for the first one, and over $4 for the second one . I can’t believe I paid over $11 for just needing one key. I didn’t bother complaining, I just sucked it up to error.
