I would like to highly recommend Charlotte County Safe and Lock, which services Sarasota County as well. They make duplicates of your auto key/fob and motorhome keys, and van keys as well as creating a new one for you if you lost or are locked out of your vehicle via their mobile service. My Mercedes Benz motorhome only came with one key and fob and I really needed a backup key. Nobody else that I contacted could make a Mercedes key! Not even Mercedes of Sarasota could make or get me one. But Anthony did !!Great service. Prompt. Pleasant. Professional. Thank you, Anthony (and his sweet rescue dog, Bella)!

I needed a spare key for my 2002 Porsche Boxster S and did not want to pay around $1000 trying to get one from a Porsche Dealer, if they even could still do it. Was recommended to call Johnny at Pro Locksmith. Johnny got back to me fast. We discussed with an older car it may be tough cloning the key code, but he was willing to try. Johnny came the next morning and spent time trying to get the Key to clone. His patience and attention to details was amazing. Within a hour he had successfully cloned the key code and handed me a new spare key. I cannot thank Pro Locksmith enough. Highly recommend. Great price compared to dealer.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company in order to open my Lincoln Liberty safe. The safe had failed due to a faulty electronic lock as well as the handle, which resulted with me having no access to the safe. Another company had come out to the property based off a recommendation from Liberty Safe and after having spent three full 8 hour days at our home, advised that they were unable to open it, and a hole would need to be utilized thus rendering the safe useless and inoperable.

Another call was made to Liberty Safe, who recommended Sun Coast Safe and Lock. Though it was late in the day for the original call, the team was very responsive requesting pictures of what be safe currently looked like and advised that they would send them to their technician for his review. Upon speaking with their technician on the phone he advised me that he should be able to get into the safe.

On our scheduled appointment date met with Dallas who advised the process, and got right to work at it inspecting and attempting to open the safe. After several hours, he managed to get the safe open and made the needed repairs to keep it operational. He left the work site clean and was very friendly with my kids and my dog.

Would highly recommend this company for any safe or lock issues you may ever have! Pricing was reasonable and even came in under the estimate quoted on the phone.

I tried to use the App and I had 3 employees from Lowes all trying to get the digital key to work from my App. We did it 8 times and it wouldn’t connect after putting it in the code on the kiosk. Finally after the 8th time of doing the exact same thing it worked. I have had the same issue the last two times I purchased the keys, but those times I gave up and just scanned the key. Great concept, but really hit and miss with connections. So if you have an extra 30 minutes to get a key made I would use them, but if you don’t just get the keys made the old fashion way, which is less expensive anyway.

I had a problem with my front door lock and called Charlotte County Safe and Lock. Even though it wasn’t an emergency Tom came and replaced it on the same day! He also fixed my deadbolt and keyed it to the new door handle. Excellent job, great service and quality product! Highly recommend!!!

Great idea, but implementation could be better. All the key copies worked, but MAN it was slow. If I had known it would have taken that long (almost 1/2 hour), I wouldn’t made 6 key copies! Still, if you only need one key copy this will do the job. The price was OK, but watch out for pricey “upgrades”.
