I had an amazing experience with Carlos! He came out to replace two key fobs for my vehicle and was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work. Everything was completed within the timeframe he estimated, and the process was smooth and hassle-free.

Evgeny SAVED THE DAY! My key fob went overboard for my Kia on a Sunday at a time when nowhere was open. He drove through the beach traffic for over 45 minutes to get to where i was. He provided an ETA and called me prior to picking up. The price is fair as i had no other option and it was an emergency and NOWHERE else was open. He is The Lockfather and i highly recommend him! He was prompt, kept me updated, and made it so i could get back home.

The customer service is decent. Some are friendlier than others but I’ve never felt treated unjust. The prices are slightly pricier than the competitors but the quality is better than most. (I get key copies done here) My favorite part is if Trouble is there. (He is a beautiful orange cat who is there most of the time) Trouble is very friendly & will insist on you petting him.

AJ installed all new combination locks! He told me about these wifi door locks that let me set different codes for different people for certain days and times AND the app notifies me when the doors are opened! I love it! Then he noticed my screen door wasn’t closing properly and he fixed that too! I am very impressed with this company and I will be using them in the future for all my lock needs! Including my automotive locks!

Great idea, but implementation could be better. All the key copies worked, but MAN it was slow. If I had known it would have taken that long (almost 1/2 hour), I wouldn’t made 6 key copies! Still, if you only need one key copy this will do the job. The price was OK, but watch out for pricey “upgrades”.

Do not recommend, time wasted and run around excuses to gaslight me, attempting to make me the person at fault. I scheduled an appointment for a commercial 8 hour, $2,000 dollar job at 8am February 19th. We scheduled it via email and phone the week prior with an office manager. The morning appointment did not show up on time. I call at 8:20am, first excuse was “your business hours says open 11:30am”, EXCUSE #1 that is not even the correct time and it should not matter since we scheduled it for 8am. The call center employee said she would make attempts to figure out what is going on and would call me back to let me know. 8:45am and there is no contact made to me yet, I call again speaking with the same call center employee who says she left me a message, she either did not call me and lied to me about it or dialed the wrong number, either way I had to get back to them again. Excuse #2 I’m told there is “traffic”, I pull up my traffic app while still on the phone and see no traffic issues all. At this point I made it clear, I would ask for a refund or a discount for wasting my time. Call center employee says, “I need to talk to my supervisor then that supervisor needs to talk to her supervisor then that supervisor would speak with the owner.” I said I am happy to wait on hold. Well as it turns out most of the staff do not show to work or are available. So I have to wait again. 9am time hits, as a business owner I sacrificed my time, money could have been made, and cleared my schedule to allow an 8 hour install happen. The installation professional finally pulls up, calls and says “hey is the door open” I say yes. He was on the cell phone with the call center when he walks in, I’m sure they are finally communicating properly since I’ve escalated it to a refund or discount option which I am entitled to ask for being I’ve given up time and money for this as is. The install professional gets off the phone and says, “ I’m sick today you’re lucky I’m here” EXCUSE #3 and absolutely a terrible way to communicate. The call center top supervisor calls me and says, “well he had to drive to the office and pick up parts and there was traffic.” EXCUSE #4 I say, it should have been done ahead of time, we scheduled for 8am. “We’ll we can only offer a refund or you can have the job get started” i tell her I’d take a refund. Her response “we will mail a check within 30 days”. I am in customer service for a living, I do not expect other businesses to be at the same standard I hold myself too however this was absolutely terrible. I’d Give a 0/5 if I could.
