Chris was great! My key broke off in the ignition and then I locked my key fob in my trunk. Multiple locksmiths told me they couldn’t help me and Chris got the job done in about 20 minutes. Price was very reasonable… highly recommend! A+++

This is the second time I have used this service, and it will be the last. The first time, I ordered three keys at the kiosk, but I only received two. Getting the missing key was such a hassle that it just wasn’t worth my time. About eight months later, I decided to give it another try in hopes that the service had improved. Unfortunately, I had the same experience. I ordered three keys again, and it indicated that two had been cut while one would be mailed to me. In the end, only one key was cut, and I have no idea if they will actually mail the other one or not. The frustration isn’t worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Highly recommend for the best quality and friendly service! I had a difficult situation with a broken latch locking me out of my house, and Doug went above and beyond with the best service I could ask for, finding a way to get the door open, and then replacing the lock and handle professionally.
