I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. Which was fine. They were there in less than five minutes. The technician’s name is Leonard. He was very proficient and kind. Of course, I hated having to spend the money because I was stupid, but, the experience was great. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this locksmith due to deceptive practices.

I prefer to hire local workers whenever possible, so I contacted a company using the name Locksmiths Near Me to do work on my front entry door. They had a local phone number, a website, photos of their vehicles, and a nearby business address (10940 N. 56th Street, Temple Terrace) only two miles from my home. All looked good.

Over the phone I was given prices between $39 and $69 based on different options. I was told that the technician would explain further when he arrived. That’s when the price went up to $120, including four copies of the new key. I am fatigued, battling cancer and, wanting the job done, I reluctantly agreed. The technician rekeyed the lock then gave me only one key, claiming his key machine suddenly wasn’t working. Off he went. I later realized that the company name on the service truck (All In One Locksmith) was different than the company that I had called. I also learned that there is no locksmith using either name in Temple Terrace whatsoever. I drove by that address to find it is occupied by others.

Needless to say… I have been ripped off.

Dash was absolutely phenomenal. I traveled to multiple locations to get my key fob fixed and the battery changed. All they did was damage it more and then said they couldn’t help me. Dash not only was able to fix my key fob but he also changed my battery. He was very kind, informative, and very competitive with pricing. If I ever need a locksmith in the future I will definitely contact him again!! A++ service!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! The locksmith came out to my job in bad weather, arrived right on time, and wasted no time getting my new key fob programmed perfectly. He was not only fast and professional but also very kind and helpful throughout the process. Hands down the BEST locksmith experience I’ve ever had. Extremely rude, very unprofessional tech and service dispatch representative. I called to ask for pricing he could not provide me an estimate he instead dispatched tech and said they would give me a price after the service. Called another locksmith which provided me with great service and quoted me an estimate beforehand. Cancelled the service when the tech called me who didn’t state his name or service provider and the tech had the audacity to aggressively say I wasted his time. I immediately ended the call and then received a call back from dispatch
And he said “ DO YOU MIND PAYING MY TECH $20 FOR WASTING HIS TIME” 💀💀💀

John was the best I could hope for calling from another state needing a lock fixed on my property for sale. He gave me the best service, having the issue resolved within 90 mins of contacting him and in time for a showing of the house. He really saved my hide and I will continue to use him for all my Locksmithing needs. His prices were great for the services he offers and he was a pleasure to work with.
