I had an amazing experience with Carlos! He came out to replace two key fobs for my vehicle and was extremely professional from start to finish. The customer service is decent. Some are friendlier than others but I’ve never felt treated unjust. The prices are slightly pricier than the competitors but the quality is better than most. (I get key copies done here) My favorite part is if Trouble is there. (He is a beautiful orange cat who is there most of the time) Trouble is very friendly & will insist on you petting him.

Evgeny SAVED THE DAY! My key fob went overboard for my Kia on a Sunday at a time when nowhere was open. He drove through the beach traffic for over 45 minutes to get to where i was. AJ installed all new combination locks! He told me about these wifi door locks that let me set different codes for different people for certain days and times AND the app notifies me when the doors are opened! I love it! Great idea, but implementation could be better. All the key copies worked, but MAN it was slow. If I had known it would have taken that long (almost 1/2 hour), I wouldn’t made 6 key copies! Still, if you only need one key copy this will do the job. The price was OK, but watch out for pricey “upgrades”.
