Ray was amazing was here faster than I expected and was able to get me in my home the couple people I called before never even called back. He came over to check it out. Leon showed up when he said, which is huge in this busy world. He fully explained everything that he was doing and you could tell he has tons of knowledge. He was efficient and able to navigate obstacles that my vehicles presented. All that and the price was really fair. I highly recommend.

The customer service is decent. Some are friendlier than others but I’ve never felt treated unjust. The prices are slightly pricier than the competitors but the quality is better than most. (I get key copies done here) My favorite part is if Trouble is there. (He is a beautiful orange cat who is there most of the time) Trouble is very friendly & will insist on you petting him.

AJ installed all new combination locks! He told me about these wifi door locks that let me set different codes for different people for certain days and times AND the app notifies me when the doors are opened! I love it! Then he noticed my screen door wasn’t closing properly and he fixed that too! I am very impressed with this company and I will be using them in the future for all my lock needs! Including my automotive locks!
