Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think about First Key Mobile I mean this company is absolutely unbelievable. The owner literally went against his own company policy to follow his promise to us. He told me a price over the phone for a basic key fob product.. but because he did not have it as he thought he did he delivered something even better than his promise. Instead of just telling us good luck and to call someone else he upgraded the product and gave us an upgraded key fob with remote access opening controls and the whole 9. This company is now going to be our go-to guys for all things keys! God bless you Johnny! You’re an absolute life saver!

I’m glad i called these guys. I needed a new key and they offered me a much better price than the other 3 places i called. They didn’t take long to get to me and once they did, they got my car open and made the new key in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly as well, which is always a plus. Highly recommended.

I had an electronic lock installed today and couldn’t be happier with the service. The locksmith was punctual, professional, and clearly knew their craft. Had an issue with they key fob given to me and basically ended up going in a loop thinking there was something wrong with my car. got the phone number of a manager and the gentleman began to break professionalism and started to want to use my life and my personal life to prove a point. Insanely disrespectful. would never use this service again or recommend it.

I strongly advise against visiting this place. This was my second time here, and I had a disappointing experience both visits. The first time, the employees treated my questions as if they were a joke. I stayed out of desperation and ended up overpaying for multiple keys copied for my rental units after comparing prices with other businesses.

As a business owner, I believe in giving establishments a second chance. So, I returned today to ask about a problem I was having with a safe. Initially, the employee provided great advice, but once another customer walked in, his demeanor changed completely. He became arrogant and rude, as if he thought I was wasting his time, and he rushed me out the door. When I asked another question, he told me to “Google it.”

After that rude response, I asked how much it would cost to fix my issue. His reply shocked me: “If you have to ask how much it will cost, that means you can’t afford me.”

I left in disbelief and called back to get his name. It turns out this rude individual was the owner himself—his name is Peter. This behavior mirrors what I experienced from the employees during my first visit. I ultimately went to another locksmith where I was treated respectfully and had no problem paying them.

Here’s some advice for Peter, without having him “Google it”: As a fellow business owner, be nice and courteous to your customers. Lead by example so your employees will follow suit. At the end of the day, your customers pay your bills and keep your doors open.

I printed three keys and it was clear from the printings they were inaccurate. Sure enough none of them worked.

Edit: I will say I wrote and email and got my money back which is very kind but I would have preferred keys that work 🙁
