I have used this company three times to install Safes in my house and they did a good job. However, last week I wanted to make another move and when I called and talked to the person on the phone, he was uninterested. It was like , this is what we have, take it or leave it. I was very disappointed went elsewhere. at first went to Home Depot for a key repair and it was 599 for the basic key. I bought four and then went to Walmart and had a machine that I used. It was cheaper and I could do it myself. You make two keys get one free.

Was able to easily get into my 2010 BMW 750i. I only needed they keys cut. He came out and only took him about 15 minutes to cut both of my keys. Mine were already programmed but he could have done it too. I really wanted to get into my trunk which he was able to do with ease (they keys would have worked but I have an issue with my trunk which was very clearly explained to me). 10/10 WILL USE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND to anyone I know.

This by far was the best hardware store experience I had in years, why? There were three people on the door to greet me and help me find exactly what I wanted right away. They even were called by someone on their headset and they politely told them to buzz off. They were busy helping the customer. Wow that was super nice. Helped me problem solve answer my project questions.
