I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received today. I accidentally locked my keys inside my car with my four-month-old baby still inside, and I was in a complete panic. Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think about First Key Mobile I mean this company is absolutely unbelievable. The owner literally went against his own company policy to follow his promise to us. He told me a price over the phone for a basic key fob product.. but because he did not have it as he thought he did he delivered something even better than his promise. Instead of just telling us good luck and to call someone else he upgraded the product and gave us an upgraded key fob with remote access opening controls and the whole 9. This company is now going to be our go-to guys for all things keys! God bless you Johnny! You’re an absolute life saver!

Was able to easily get into my 2010 BMW 750i. I only needed they keys cut. He came out and only took him about 15 minutes to cut both of my keys. Mine were already programmed but he could have done it too. I really wanted to get into my trunk which he was able to do with ease (they keys would have worked but I have an issue with my trunk which was very clearly explained to me). 10/10 WILL USE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND to anyone I know.
