Anyone who says they did not reach gator at their time of need(night or day) is categorically a liar. Gave me an update on every fifteen minutes as i waited on him. He drove two hours when no one would even pick up the phone to say call me tomorrow. He got me into my house and my car. the only cheap thing about gator is their price, you cant beat it or match it. Nice ,polite and friendly interactions. unlike his competition which are non-chalant and indifferent, they actually care. Running around like chickens with no heads and its not the money because he doesnt charge close to enough.

Not easy to understand. Ended up with 4 keys. Almost $20. Won’t do that again. All I needed was one front door house key.

Michal Mizrahi and his brother came Sunday 5/3/26 and to make a remote key for my Toyota Carolla because of my COPD it would help find my car while use my walker and portal oxygen, he hwasn’t to complete the job due to a part he needed…so he return on Monday but there was an issue while making the key so he left and we setup another appt for Tuesday 5/5/26 evening and he arrived at 6:15pm with his brother and worked very hard to make the remote key but after trying searching on Google he found out that the model of car I had wasn’t build with an remote and he wasn’t able to make one but he apologized and I was very surprised and I wasn’t going to pay him the amt of $185 if it didn’t have a remote system…But due to all the effort and work they did to tey to accomplish the work, he gave me extra key and I paid them $100 for the key and $20 for time and they spend working and never complaint. I gave them 5 Star rating!

Mark was amazing! He literally saved the day when my key stick snapped off my fob in the ignition. He created a brand new key and fob from scratch! He was so patient and kind and he is reliable!
