Wow, did I get lucky to come across Matlock. The phone was answered promptly by a polite, well spoken woman. She set up an appointment for the next day for my faulty door handle to be inspected. Mat came on time, knew what was wrong, said he’d find a part to work for me if possible and return the next day. And the next day he came on time again and solved my problem quickly. Minute Key worked well for my needs.
Bought 2 brass house keys and received a 3rd free!
I found that you have to push the key in firmly and hold until the machine clamps to it.
The keys worked perfectly in the home locksets.
