My car trunk is locked due to a faulty back button and a rep named Guy helped me by advising to check with a dealer on my vehicle since the car has bumper to bumper guarantee. He answered the phone multiple times, stayed late to wait for me (past hrs!), and did not ask for money. I met a true Samaritan today, thank God!

Highly recommend AstroKey’s services! Recently had very stressful situation pop up where I lost my storage unit keys and the person that helped me coordinate scheduling when I called was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The person that came in person to help was also very professional and got job done so quickly that I was happy to have gone with them instead of the service provided by the storage facility which I was told would take days. Price was very fair and with how wonderful the service was this will be the only locksmith me and my family will be calling in future.

This is a machine that you have to operate yourself. I made a copy of my keys and they didn’t work. I just wasted a ton of money because they didn’t work and it was more expensive to than going to a real locksmith in the same shopping plaza. I do NOT recommend it.

There are no words on how incredible the costumer service is with Renan and Daiane. I went to get a new key/alarm for my Honda Fit. They explained everything that it consist of and answered all my questions. The programming was quick. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Liberty locksmith was recommended to me to program a key fob for my car. I arrived at the shop and 3 men were working on a car out front. I went into the shop and their customer alert sound went off. There wasn’t anyone at the counter so I called out “Hello”. No one. I went to the counter and looked into the back. I called out “Hello”. Nothing. I waited a little longer but no one showed. I gave up and got back in my car and I called. The man who answered sounded like maybe he was having a bad day so I decided I maybe this is not a good day to have anyone here do any work. I looked up another locksmith, right there in the parking lot in front of the shop and found a GREAT one. I don’t know what the problem was here but I know I won’t be back and the person who recommended this place is going to hear about what happened.
