The techbician threatened to call the police on me and i had a lease agreement for 1 year. This is an awful company. My family is very wealthy. Do not use ever. They are very un professional when the person come They should screen their employers. I would never use. They discriminate. They are regulated by the Department of Agriculture. I will file a complaint with them as well. Just so you know a handyman service can change out locks not digital locks. They are far less expensive.

It was convenient doing it at my local supermarket from the kiosk machine. It was an expensive and it worked properly when I tried it on the lock you get the receipt sent to you via text. Good job

My last review was negative because my master key was lost by the service man. The owner called and apologized and offered to rekey the entire house at no additional charge. We took him up on the offer. Simon Horowitz was personable, fast, did a great job and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with his level of customer care and professionalism. I highly recommend this locksmith company.
