Highly recommend!! Moses was wonderful and helped me save so much money! Same day appointment at home for new key fob replacement and programming. A fraction of what the dealership quoted me. Moses also helped me diagnose a few issues I was concerned about, (ie: windows not working properly, brake replacement questions). He was polite and patient, and full of helpful information. Got locked out of our house on a Saturday evening. Called here because they were the closest to me and it said 24 hr service. From phone call to door unlocked was about 10 minutes. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I called Pop-A-Lock after locking my keys in my car, and was told the technician would arrive within 30 minutes. Instead, I was left waiting over 2 hours, with no updates, no courtesy call, and no apology. The technician didn’t even contact me until an hour and forty minutes later.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I reached out by email multiple times and received no response at all. For a company that advertises reliability and professionalism, this experience was the exact opposite.

If you need urgent help, do not rely on Pop-A-Lock. They were dishonest about the wait time, left me stranded for hours, and showed zero accountability. I will never use this company again and I don’t recommend that anyone else does either.

I had an issue with my lock it was a pretty old lock and i have been to at least three shops before i cane here and no one even bothered to check it out. Then i was recommended to come to security safe & lock and as soon as i got there the staff was really professional and polite and the technician actually managed to fix the lock and it works great !

Highly recommend Lock Man! Thought I’d be stuck going to dealership to reprogram my keyfob! Would have required a tow and I’m sure not a cheap visit to VW. Instead, these guys were super friendly and were able to reprogram both my spare keyfobs for my Jetta after losing the only one I had that worked. Really appreciate their service. Thanks!
