Locked my keys in the car at the car wash. They were there in less than 10min from when I called and had my truck unlocked with in 2 min of being there. Great company. Very responsive, fast and competitively priced.

I used the kiosk to make 2 keys. Very easy and convenient but unfortunately the keys did not work in my lock. The refund process was very simple and quick.

I first needed About Town Locksmith because I had locked myself out. Then today I wanted to change the handle lock on my door because the old one was looking very rusty. I knew they could re-key the lock to match the deadbolt key. However, the one that I bought couldn’t be re-keyed. So they offered to sell me a new lock and include the re-keying to match the deadbolt for free. That was a deal. It took less than five minutes for me to take off the old and put on the new myself.
