I contacted Lenny Locksmiths directly to schedule an appointment to fix a door issue at my home. While they scheduled the appointment promptly, they ended up sending a subcontractor instead of someone from their actual company—without informing me beforehand.

The contractor was clearly not equipped to handle the job. The main issue was my front door, which is quite expensive and requires careful handling. Instead of knowing how to fix the lock properly, they insisted on removing the entire door. It became obvious they had no experience working with this type of door. After a rough and uncertain reinstallation, the door no longer closes properly, and the handle—part of the original problem—is now coming loose again.

They also installed a lock on the garage/back door, but it’s very poor quality. Even worse, it had already come unscrewed shortly after installation, and I had to reattach it myself.

I tried reaching out to Lenny Locksmiths via email to resolve the issue, but they’ve completely ignored me. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and disruptive experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for competent, trustworthy service.

My relatives have used one of their Weston branch services too and they recommended to us the Sunrise branch as we have recently moved here. We were locked out as we lost our keys on our way home. The Sunrise branch team was extremely punctual in their time and came to our home. They would have barely taken 15 minutes to rectify the issue. Finally charged us $35 which was far too reasonable compared to other locksmith companies. Highly recommend for their price and quality.
