They explained the different lock options available and helped me choose the most suitable for each door. The installation was quick and they left everything clean. I always feel like it’s better late than never to do something… So, with that being said-I would like to share my experience. Just before Christmas my in-laws had an issue with their ignition. I won’t get into too much detail but it involved a toothpick/flosser 🤦🏼‍♀️ AAA insisted on having the car towed to a dealership close by and I was not excited about the costs I knew that would entail. I got online and found Dan’s Affordable Lock & Key-I gave the number a call-no answer-BUT he called me back in less than 3 mins. (THIS BASICALLY NEVER HAPPENS ANYMORE) I answered and was extremely impressed with Dan’s demeanor. It was after “normal” business hours for most companies. I explained what had happened and Dan said he could handle it. He was there in approx. 30 mins. I was anticipating an hour or more from previous experiences with businesses. Dan was not only amazing at his job but he was kind and understanding. He fixed the issue so much faster than I thought possible. So in conclusion… If you need a locksmith… CALL DAN!! Seriously, you will be so happy you did! …and Dan-Thank you for being you!

Was given a 25-30 minute wait time by Abutbul Ore at 10:54am, meaning he’d arrive by or before 11:30am, and he did not arrive until 12pm. More honesty about arrival times in the future would be extremely helpful.

Pros and cons are what you are taught when trying to evaluate something. From my experience with this company there are no pros, only cons.
Be warned, I had to file a small claims suit against them. Two cars, two towing charges, two cars I was stranded with.
Nothing but cons with this company, not one pro I can list.

We were locked out of our house and thankfully I had made a digital copy and was able to pull it up with no problems. Makes a perfect copy of the key. I do wish they made copies of double sided house keys and RV keys. Still a great service.
