ridiculous…$450 for a basic key with no chip and no key fob. then was charged for “after hours” call, even tho they were specifically asked if it was extra for him to come out. The tech had my son hold his 2 cellphones to film him for his Instagram Live. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND I WOULD NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

I lost my only key and the dealer charges $750 starting price for a new key + tolling costs and 1-2 week wait. This guy arrived in 25 minutes, opened the car and programmed me a new key, the whole process took about 45 minutes and was much cheaper, thank you very much!

Timely and very professional! I locked myself out of my house at 5:30 in the morning and when I called Florida Lock And key Caleb answered thei phone right away and immediately confirmed he could get to me within 20 minutes and Caleb was at my house in 20 minutes! Within five minutes he had my door unlocked, no drilling required. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially how early it was in the morning and how quickly he got to me. I was so worried because my mom was inside the home and she is on hospice care so you can imagine my level of stress. Thank you Caleb and Florida Lock And key, I greatly appreciate it!!!

I purchased 2 keys ( only wanted 1 but the number pad jumped to 2) it said I would get a third key for free. I had to reinsert my original key;then it kicked me out, said thank you; asked about my receipt. I did not get the 3 key I was promised. It took a long time as I was waiting for the third key. Not happy about being rejected.
