I’m long overdue in writing this review, but I absolutely have to share how great my experience was with Courtesy Lock and Key.
I first called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving after both of my key fobs stopped working, leaving me with no access to my vehicle — what we jokingly call “The LollyPop Mobile.” I spoke directly with the owner, and she was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring right from the start. She even offered to come out on Thanksgiving Day and explained that her holiday pricing was the same as a regular day. Since we weren’t in a rush, we decided to schedule the visit for the following week instead.
When she arrived, what was expected to be a fairly quick job turned into a much longer day — through no fault of hers. It turned out my car battery was completely dead. Her own charger wasn’t working, so she went out and purchased another charger just to help me. We then had to wait several hours for the battery to charge before she could finish programming the new key fob.
Despite spending nearly the entire day here and going well above and beyond what was expected, she charged me exactly the price she originally quoted — not a penny more. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer care is rare these days.
I truly can’t recommend Courtesy Lock and Key enough. If you’re looking for a locksmith who is professional, fair, hardworking, and genuinely cares about helping their customers, this is the company to call. I would not hesitate to use them again for any locksmith needs.

I called to have a dead bolt replaced, as it was giving me a lot of trouble, locking and unlocking. I called FV and Fred was at my residence within about 30 minutes. He worked on it for about 15 minutes, and now it is smooth as silk. I think it actually works better than when it was new. And it saved me the cost of buying a new one. I would definately recommend.

Very disappointing! Needed an emergency key for my very sick father in laws house so I can get in if he falls etc. New key from you takes 5-7 mins to jiggle before it finally opens. Again very disappointed!

We called about getting my car key replaced and they said they could send someone within 35 minutes we said okay thankyou. Within the next 2-3 minutes after consulting another locksmith who could arrive quicker we called back and asked to cancel our request. They said it is a $29.99 service fee. I said absolutely not my phone records show I called you less than three minutes ago.

I’ve reviewed The Mail Box Store before. They were friendly and helpful both times. The first time I was the only customer, this time they were busy. I still received friendly and helpful service. It was nice, someone greeted every customer. Even when busy they recognized each customer. Thanks Jazz!

Your machine ended up charging me for four keys when I only wanted two. Help line was not helpful just put me in an endless loop of options to go to. Overpriced as well.

Diego was awesome! He was so patient with me. I was frantic about issues with my phone. He was very calming and reassuring. He had to factory reset my phone, but it resolved my issues. Kevin and the other young man were very nice to me. They gave me a chair and potato chips. I was there for awhile so they did their best to make me comfortable. Thanks Guys! I highly recommend Batteries Plus in Sun City.
