We bought locks that unknowingly didn’t fit two of our doors, and had a friend try to install them for us. Needless to say, after cutting all the holes in the door and doorframe is when we discovered they wouldn’t work. Got a hold of Ryan and he fit us into his schedule to see if he could fix our mess. Not only was he great at letting us know when he would be there but did a very professional and efficient job of fixing our problem, at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to recommend him for your lock needs.

Who knew there was a kiosk for key making. I’ve never seen one before and never had the opportunity to use one. It worked fine. I was a little frazzled as the voice that gave instructions was not as clear as I would’ve liked and there was a lady nearby talking on her cell phone. I also misunderstood the second key. I needed a second key, but not two of the same key so I paid for an extra key when I didn’t need to -now that I know how it works I think it’s great -quick and easy and you don’t have to wait for anyone.

Efy was given a challenge that most locksmiths don’t or won’t take on. My 2003 cl55 amg proved difficult at every turn but Efy never gave up! Two machines, hours of effort and two days later I get to hear that amg v8 roar. Thank you Efy you are much appreciated!
