Gotta say a huge thanks to these guys! Called in a panic like anyone would when you loose keys. They were polite and patient with me. Gave me pricing quickly and was willing to show up in a snap of a finger! While on the phone my keys magically appeared thankfully. Even after finding my keys on the phone they were polite and wished me luck i wouldnt loose them again. Will be seeing them shortly for a second key fob incase of incidents like today.

The locking system on my BMW wouldn’t let me unlock the doors and the emergency key woundn’t turn. I was in the parking lot of South County Rec Center. I called Nate and he came quickly. Was quick, the key works, but it was very misleading on the price which was already too expensive for a simple house key…$7.47 for a basic gold key…the key chooses said $5 and some change…with tax that should have been maybe 6.42 at most…still not worth the cost. I will not be using again for a house key!

I just had the worst experience ever. I was trying to get my back locked door replaced. The technicians name was Nick. He quoted me $600 at first. I told him that was way too high. He didn’t went down the 300. I told him now I appreciate it, but I’m gonna go with somebody else. He asked me. How much are you willing to pay? I told him the other place for me 150 for both the deadbolt and the other lock, so we said he would match it I gave him the I purchased so he didn’t need to put on his own. He told me if I wanted to bottom it was cost $150. He’s charging me Home Depot and low charges. I told him I went and call Lowes and Home Depot and the top quote was $50. He then told me no ma’am I’ll take you to Home Depot and show you myself. It’s not fifth it’s 150
After I took him an hour to get my door open, he refused to put the deadbolt on unless I paid him another $150 at that point he was kind of getting a little bit aggressive so I just paid him the 150 I asked him to pay my credit card. He told me it would cost me 190 if I wanted to pay on my credit card I told her I’m not giving him the 190. He told me I had to give the 150 now, I was intimidated so i paid 150. I told him that I will be contacting them. He said don’t bother. He left my house for the deadbolt, shredded, and my door knob broken he made me fill out the form and told me the sign, but I refuse to sign and then he got angry at me So now I’m left the broken door
