Keys were fine although I really needed a file to remove the burr from one edge. The instructions could use a little work. Not real clear! Second key that I had copied was easier because I already ran thru the process once. It would have been nice to get some additional discount because I purchased 6 keys.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I initially called, asked for a quote, was told $125, so I said never mind, they hung up. They then called me back, asking if I’m on a budget, which I simply stated that their price was too high, I was then told “you’re not going to find anything lower, it’s a 2022 vehicle” while in a condescending tone. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

To respond to the company’s response: Good thing I got in contact with another locksmith company who quoted me $65 and was kind in person and over the phone, maybe your day wouldn’t have been “ruined” if you treated your customers better.
