I called to get a quote to see if they could copy myvery unique key, they said they would havea technician contact me. When the technician contacted me he asked for a photo. After I texted him a photo he ghosted me. (Photo showed as being read)

EDIT: He responded after I asked him again. But still has not answered my second question. The owner replied saying they didn’t get a photo so here’s the proof!

I had to get 2 keys but 1 worked and the other 1 didn’t and I was able to get a refund with no problems! I say that’s great customer service and the key is good quality! I like how they got it set up in Walmart!

The Minute Key machine was at Lowes where we went to have a couple of keys made for our home. It was very easy for us. The Minute Key machine told you every step which was very easy to understand. It even gave us 3 keys for price of two. It costs a little bit more than what Lowes used to charge, but the convenience of not having to wait for an employee was super great.
