John was the best I could hope for calling from another state needing a lock fixed on my property for sale. He gave me the best service, having the issue resolved within 90 mins of contacting him and in time for a showing of the house. The Plant City address is not where they are out of, They are out of Tampa. This is misleading to customers. I thought they where 6 min. Away and they were realy 45 min to an hour away. I wish I called another one in Plant City. The man came and drilled out lock in 5 min. And charged $465.00. The price of a new door.
