I had an amazing experience with Carlos! He came out to replace two key fobs for my vehicle and was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work. Everything was completed within the timeframe he estimated, and the process was smooth and hassle-free.

I called To inquire about getting a remote for my car key. They quoted me $180 and came out and he made a regular car key without the remote saying that my car wasn’t able to have a remote feature and still charging me without telling me that to begin with. I called the company and the supervisor was very rude saying “oh well I should’ve called the police instead.” I absolutely do not recommend, I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Tony from ABC Lock & Key was excellent. I needed a new lock installed on my office door, and he was able to come out the same day, which I really appreciated. In the Sarasota/Bradenton area, this is the only Locksmith you’ll ever need. These people are incredible. Responsive, super fast, courteous, and VERY resourceful. I called two other companies who failed to get my keys out of an older Porsche.

These guys just figured it out and cut a replacement key with no key, no key code, no airbags bending the window frame, No slim Jims. In literally 10 minutes – car was open. Insane.

Ask AJ for the story. It’ll blow your mind!!! Never thought a locksmith would blow my mind….trust me, MIND BLOWN. Thanks AJ, you crushed it and you’re on “speed dial” for the next time.

The customer service is decent. Some are friendlier than others but I’ve never felt treated unjust. The prices are slightly pricier than the competitors but the quality is better than most. (I get key copies done here) My favorite part is if Trouble is there. (He is a beautiful orange cat who is there most of the time) Trouble is very friendly & will insist on you petting him.

I needed a spare key for my 2002 Porsche Boxster S and did not want to pay around $1000 trying to get one from a Porsche Dealer, if they even could still do it. Was recommended to call Johnny at Pro Locksmith. Johnny got back to me fast. We discussed with an older car it may be tough cloning the key code, but he was willing to try. Johnny came the next morning and spent time trying to get the Key to clone. His patience and attention to details was amazing. Within a hour he had successfully cloned the key code and handed me a new spare key. I cannot thank Pro Locksmith enough. Highly recommend. Great price compared to dealer.
