Overpriced for the work provided. Use this business at your own risk, and be sure to ask for the cost multiple times, as it may not be disclosed until after the work is completed. While they will get the job done, the price is comparable to a dealership despite the short amount of time it takes to finish. There are other locksmiths who provide the same work at lower, more reasonable prices.

The 3-star rating is for the locksmith partner they used to perform the work. They did refund some of the money, so I raised their score, but I still recommend using caution. Be sure to confirm the full “out-the-door” price before they start the work so you don’t get surprised with a much higher-than-expected bill.

Like a dummy, I didn’t notice my keys slip out of my pocket while I was sitting in my car. I closed the door, walked away, and the auto-lock trapped them inside — at 1:30am. I couldn’t sleep knowing my keys were locked in, so I reached out to this locksmith. He didn’t pick up (totally understandable at that hour), but he texted back within about 30 minutes.

Once he replied, everything moved fast. He quoted me up front, showed up quickly, and unlocked my car professionally. He actually picked the lock instead of using an air bag and pry tool, which I really appreciated since it avoided potential door damage.

Overall, very satisfied. The price was more than fair for the time of night.
