In today’s world of business it’s hard to find a company that offers great work with exceptional customer service. I was looking for a Locksmith to reset a old combination safe. I went to two different Locksmiths only to have them look at like I have a second head growing out of me. I was just about gave up when I found Keys and Breeze Locksmith. Fantastic local business. Had key fob replaced in 20 minutes for hundreds less than the dealership quoted. They genuinely care about customers and have a excellent level and attitude of going the extra mile and getting things done right. Totally recommend!

Joe was so great. It is freezing and he got it done quickly and efficiently. The team is very understanding. Locking my keys in the car is so embarrassing especially when payday has passed and bills were due but they helped me out with what I have and I am so grateful. I was so stressed on how I was gonna get my keys out and get to work in the morning but they made this so easy. I would definitely call if I ever need them. We changed some of our locks and finally got around to making some duplicates. They worked just fine. It’s good. I did go a second time to make duplicate keys of our garage door lock after we changed that with an old lock that was exactly the same that I found on ebay that was new old stock. Well, Minute Key told me it could not duplicate that one. It was a key that was smaller than a normal key and from a lock that was approximately 35 years old, so I really can’t blame them for that. I will try at other places and see whether anybody can duplicate it. It is an odd key.

What a terrific experience I had this morning. Drove over to HillsBorough Lock & Key. Met with Richard & Cathy concerning my 2013 Camry remote & ignition key. My dog chewd it up yesterday. They had everthing in stock, all new factory OEM looking new Remote control key unit. They programmed my cars computer, cut the key all in 25 minutes or less. Very professional, fast & friendly. What a Cost savings compared to any place around. All other shops and dealerships charging several hundred dollars more. Someup to $900 elsewhere. This is the only place to consider, dont waste your time or hard earned money with others or dealerships. My cost was Under $200, New remote, key & programing, testing and guarantee. Wow! thank you Richard & Cathy. I am very grateful!

It was confusing to buy a key. It felt that they were playing a mental game with all the “discount” offers.
Also, they charge you .50 cents for cleaning the key when that should be included.
It wasn’t a fun experience.

Extremely rude, very unprofessional tech and service dispatch representative. I called to ask for pricing he could not provide me an estimate he instead dispatched tech and said they would give me a price after the service. Called another locksmith which provided me with great service and quoted me an estimate beforehand. Cancelled the service when the tech called me who didn’t state his name or service provider and the tech had the audacity to aggressively say I wasted his time. I immediately ended the call and then received a call back from dispatch
And he said “ DO YOU MIND PAYING MY TECH $20 FOR WASTING HIS TIME” 💀💀💀

Foothill Lock & Key truly does everything. I’ve used them for a wide range of work over the years—gates, pressure pads, standard locks, specialty cases, and most recently my motorcycle—and they’ve delivered every single time. I’ve requested their services professionally for work and personally for home.

My latest visit really sealed it for me: I had a snapped key stuck in my motorcycle’s gas tank. Not only were they able to extract the broken key without causing any damage, but they also copied the key on the spot. That’s no small task, and very few shops even have the capability to do it and they’re honest with their pricing!

They’re also mobile, which is a huge plus if you can’t get to the shop or need help on-site.

This is one of the only places around that seems to have nearly every type of key and every specialty you can imagine. On top of that, everyone there is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable—you can tell they genuinely know their craft.

Highly recommend Foothill Lock & Key if you want the job done right the first time!!

Paid $213.99 for key fob at kiosk at Lowe’s in Zephyrhills on a Thursday afternoon (3/14/25). Kiosk did not provide an order number or a receipt. Screen Information showed technician would contact us within 1 biz day. Still no contact by Monday afternoon (3/17/25). Requested a call from the Minute Key via their “Contact Us” web page. Still no contact by Tuesday 3/18. Called their 800 number. Gave the heavily-accented person all the info. They denied anything in the system. They finally found it after we persisted. They said the funds would be refunded within 7-10 business days AFTER one of their rep’s calls us back!!!! Still waiting for the call. Contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Not happy.

Update 3/19/25. Still no call from Minute Key. But did receive email requesting info we don’t have because kiosk did not provide receipt or order info. As indicated previously, they did find the order in their system. Why do I need to confirm info they already have? Vendor also “replied” to our Google review asking us to contact their escalation desk. Why wasn’t I transferred to the escalation dept when I called yesterday? Why hasn’t anyone called me back as promised? I reported it to my bank yesterday disputing the charge for non-delivery of services/products. I’ll go to a local locksmith to have my key fob made. Should have done that in the first place.

Just bought a used 2021 Toyota Prius… Loving it, but only have one key.

Stopped by and why not get two remotes and two copies of the keys, right… Just in case.

Price is very reasonable, I don’t look for the lowest price, I want the small business to remain open and I want to support the local business.

The owners, father and son, are very helpful, how often do you get to enjoy cookies and a soft drink while you wait?
